Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Title Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of real estate transactions, title curative work, and document preparation. This role demands accuracy, efficiency, and the ability to manage files independently from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review purchase contracts, loan documents, and title commitments.
• Clear title issues (liens, judgments, encumbrances) by working with underwriters, lenders, and clients.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, realtors, and lenders to obtain necessary documentation.
• Prepare closing documents, CDs (Closing Disclosures), settlement statements, and title policies.
• Communicate status updates regularly to all parties involved in the transaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, underwriting standards, and applicable laws.
• Manage multiple files simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Conduct pre-closing quality checks to prevent errors at closing.
• Assist with post-closing duties including issuing title policies and recording documents.

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in title processing or a related role in a title company.
• Strong knowledge of Texas title standards (or your applicable state).
• Experience working with title production software (Qualia).
• Ability to read and interpret title commitments, surveys, and legal descriptions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
