Remote Full-Time Video Editor & YouTube Manager (Philippines-Based) for Jiu-Jitsu School – Christian Company in Hawaii

We’re a Christian-owned Jiu-Jitsu school based in Hawaii (USA) looking to hire a full-time remote video editor and YouTube content manager based in the Philippines. This is a long-term, stable position for someone passionate about storytelling, YouTube growth, and empowering people through martial arts.

Position Details:
* Work from home
* Full-time (40 hrs/week)
* Monday to Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PHT
* Permanent, Long-Term Opportunity
* Salary: Based on experience (paid monthly)
* Plus: 13th-month bonus, performance-based raises, and creative freedom

Your Role:
We’re looking for a creative partner—not just a button pusher. You’ll help us turn raw footage into powerful, high-retention content across YouTube, social media, and our online programs.

Responsibilities:
* Edit engaging, high-quality YouTube videos (short-form and long-form).
* Cut, trim, and arrange A-roll & B-roll for online courses, promos, and reels.
* Add motion graphics, transitions, captions, ---------- s, and sound design.
* Enhance educational video/audio quality (color grading, noise removal, leveling).
* Create scroll-stopping thumbnails and eye-catching hooks.
* Stay up to date on YouTube/Instagram trends, formats, and retention tactics.
* Collaborate with our marketing team to strategize and grow our video presence.
* Post videos to Youtube
* Upload & organize videos to members portal

Requirements:
* Proven experience editing videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, or TikTok.
* Strong portfolio of work (include links below)
* Proficient with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve.
* Experience using CapCut, Descript, or similar tools is a big plus.
* Fast, reliable internet + ability to meet deadlines.
* Positive attitude, strong English communication, and eagerness to grow.

Create a 30–60 second upright high light video AND 3 minute long form video of the raw files inside the google drive link below. I will send you $10 (USD) via PayPal for this to compensate you for your time.
