This is a part-time, remote position based in the Philippines, ideal for someone who can match U.S. working hours and wants to grow with a fast-paced, faith-driven marketing agency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Owning the Instagram presence for client brands (They will be Life Insurance Agents and Life Insurance Agency Owners)
- Writing engaging, on-brand captions that convert and connect
- Scheduling and posting content using approved SOPs and content calendars
- Organizing reels, carousels, quotes, and user-generated content into cohesive themes
- Analyzing post performance and optimizing content to grow engagement and followers
- Coordinating with our Media Buyers and Editors to ensure brand alignment
- Staying on top of Instagram trends and applying them creatively for clients

What You Need to Bring

- Strong experience managing Instagram, Facebook and ---------- accounts (Personal Brand Style Posts)
- Experience with Personal Brands (we do NOT post content on products. We post content of actual human beings talking (personal brands)
- A portfolio or account examples you’ve worked on
- Great English writing and speaking skills – you can write like you speak to people, not at them
- Experience with tools like Canva, Instagram and TikTok Editor, or scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Buffer, Metricool)
- Strong communication and accountability
- A coachable spirit and hunger to grow in digital marketing

Role Details

Hours: Part-time (20 hours/week)
Schedule Must be available during U.S. daytime hours (12PM–4PM PST preferred)
Pay: $8-$10hr Competitive hourly rate, paid biweekly)
Location: Fully remote (Philippines only)
