Product Specialist — Auto Parts, Tires & Wheels

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Product Specialist who knows auto parts, tires, and wheels inside and out — and can communicate fitment, specifications, and compatibility with total confidence. You’ll be the first voice our customers hear when they call, and your mission is to deliver incredible service, accurate answers, and expert recommendations that drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound phone calls and provide expert support on auto parts, tires, and wheel fitment questions.

Quickly and accurately identify the right parts based on vehicle specifications (year, make, model, submodel, options, etc.).

Create and send professional quotes to customers by email or over the phone.

Upsell and cross-sell related products, offering complete solutions where possible.

Handle pricing inquiries, product questions, shipping updates, and general customer service needs.

Keep updated with brand catalogs, fitment guides, technical bulletins, and product updates.

Provide feedback to management on customer trends, fitment issues, and potential inventory gaps.

Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM tools.

Requirements:
Strong knowledge of automotive parts, tires, and wheel fitments (aftermarket and OEM).

Excellent spoken and written English — must sound fluent and professional on the phone and in emails.

Sales-driven mindset — comfortable recommending additional products, upgrades, and better-fit options.

Experience using fitment databases (YMM, ACES/PIES data) is a huge plus.

High attention to detail when it comes to quoting the right parts.

Strong organizational skills — able to manage multiple customer interactions at once.

Positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for helping customers.

Prior experience in auto parts sales, tire sales, or a service/advisor role preferred.

Bonus Skills:
Experience with Shopify, Odoo, or other ecommerce/inventory management platforms.

Familiarity with performance parts, lifted/lowered applications, staggered wheel setups, etc.
