Remote Recruitment Manager – Help Build Our World-Class Team | $5/Hour Start ($7 After 90 Days)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Recruitment Manager to help us source and recruit top talent for our growing online business.
You will be responsible for posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, and assisting with onboarding.

This is a long-term opportunity with a starting rate of $5/hour, increasing to $7/hour after 90 days of great work.

Starting salary: $5/hour
Increase to $7/hour after 90 days of excellent performance

Responsibilities:

Create and manage job posts across OnlineJobs.ph and other platforms
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on provided criteria
Conduct initial interviews via chat and Zoom
Schedule interviews with leadership team
Assist in onboarding and tracking new hires
Maintain candidate tracking sheets and simple CRM updates
Suggest improvements to our recruitment processes over time
Skill Requirements:

At least 1+ year experience in recruitment, hiring, or HR (remote team experience preferred)
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proactive problem-solving and ability to take initiative without micromanagement
Familiar with applicant tracking tools (Google Sheets, Trello, or simple CRMs)
Familiar with OnlineJobs.ph and/or other talent sourcing platforms
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Reliable internet connection and computer setup for Zoom calls
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Preferred):

Experience hiring Virtual Assistants, Appointment Setters, or Social Media roles
Basic understanding of online business models (coaching, digital marketing, affiliate marketing)
Familiarity with Slack, Trello, or other remote work tools
