Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant – Wholesale, Online Arbitrage & Marketplace Sourcing Expert

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and reliable Amazon FBA Virtual Assistant with extensive experience in Wholesale, Online Arbitrage (OA), and marketplace-to-marketplace sourcing — including Amazon to Walmart and Walmart to Amazon.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with both product sourcing and supplier research. You should be able to identify profitable inventory using tools like Keepa, SellerAmp , and SmartScout, and have a good understanding of how to source directly from wholesale suppliers or distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
Source profitable products through OA, reverse sourcing, and manual sourcing

Analyze and compare Amazon and Walmart pricing for cross-platform opportunities

Research and contact wholesale suppliers and distributors for product catalogs

Utilize tools like Keepa, SmartScout, SellerAmp, and Tactical Arbitrage effectively

Maintain sourcing sheets and provide regular reports with key metrics

Stay informed about FBA policies, trends, and compliance requirements

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Amazon FBA

Strong understanding of Wholesale and OA business models

Experience sourcing for both Amazon to Walmart and Walmart to Amazon

Skilled in using tools like Keepa, SmartScout, SellerAmp

Ability to research and evaluate wholesale suppliers independently

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet sourcing goals consistently
