About the Role:

Hi! I’m a content creator and sexual health educator looking for a friendly, reliable VA to help me grow my online community.

Your main job will be authentic engagement: leaving supportive, thoughtful comments on women’s posts on Facebook and Instagram, helping spark natural conversations with my ideal audience, and tracking who you interact with so I can build deeper connections later.

This role is connection-first — NO selling, NO spamming, just genuine hype girl energy!

You’ll also get access to my brand’s CustomGPT (like a virtual confidence coach in your pocket!) to help you write comments that match my brand voice — warm, encouraging, cheeky, and supportive.


What You’ll Be Doing:
•Leave 8–12 meaningful comments per week:
•On women’s posts in my Facebook feed (friends list and followers — rotate weekly)
•Inside specific Facebook groups where my ideal audience hangs out (topics: confidence, healing, body love, self-expression)
•React to Facebook or Instagram Stories with emojis or quick supportive replies (when time allows)
•Track each engagement:
•Name of the person you engaged with
•Platform (FB/IG)
•Link to the post (optional but preferred)
•Type of interaction (commented or reacted)
•Use my brand’s CustomGPT for comment inspiration and voice alignment

Requirements:
•High English proficiency — must be able to write friendly, natural comments without grammar errors
•Familiar with Facebook, Facebook Groups, and Instagram
•Positive, supportive communication style (think: “bestie energy” not corporate)
•Comfortable using a password manager (LastPass or Bitwarden) for secure login
•Detail-oriented and consistent — must complete simple engagement tracker weekly
•Bonus if you love topics like empowerment, body positivity, self-love, or personal growth!

Time Commitment:
•1.5-2 hours weekly (flexible scheduling)
• Suggested: 20-30 minutes 4 days a week

Pay:
• Flat Rate: $25 USD per month (paid monthly via Wise)
