TikTok Video Editor, $5 per Video + 10% Profit Share ($3k+ month easily if you are good)

I'm hiring a video editor to help create tiktok video ads for ad campaigns.

This job has two tasks:
Task 1: Sourcing TikTok Ads
- Use software to scroll TikTok FYPs and find video ads promoting similar offers.
- Take screenshots and log data into a spreadsheet.

Task 2: Creating TikTok Ads
- Edit videos in CapCut for TikTok ads.
- Following my proven formula with this style of editing small changes make a big difference in ad performance
- Full training and examples provided.
- Videos are roughly 6–10 seconds long.
- Each video takes roughly 20–30 minutes to edit.
- I need around 25 videos per week.
- You’ll have access to 200+ winning ads for inspiration

The real skill (and where you earn big) is learning what makes a video perform and coming up with strong creative angles

Requirements
- Fluent in English (B1+ level)
- CapCut experience
- Previous short-form video editing experience
- Good understanding of TikTok trends, hooks, and FYP behaviour
- Creative thinking for new ad angles

Pay
$5 per video
+ 10% of the profit from any video you edit (this can be huge if you make a winning ad)
Paid bi-weekly however when you first start payments can be made daily

Example
My best ever ad creative made $160K profit if you were the one that edited that you would earn $16K.
A more realistic example is an ad making $10K profit = $1K to you.
If you have a few winning videos a month can easily earn you $3K+ in profit split

Profit share is guaranteed you’ll be given access to ad performance stats, so you’ll always see how your videos perform and what commissions you’re owed

Please note before applying this job is harder than just making simple edits. You really need to have a creative mind, be a fast learner and be able to adapt to trends. Unless you have these traits these ads will not perform so it is a waste of both of our time as the big money here for you is the profit share and I don't make any money if an ad doesn't perform.
