Podcast and Video Editor

We’re looking for an experienced and creative Podcast & Video Editor to join our team. If you’ve got a solid track record (3+ years), love storytelling through audio and video, and are down to work night shifts — keep reading.

This is an important one: you must understand YouTube and social media algorithms. We’re serious about growth, and your edits need to be optimized for reach and engagement.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Editing podcasts and videos for clarity, flow, and style
Creating reels and shorts from both new and past episodes
Adding intros, outros, music, transitions, and effects
Ensuring content is optimized for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
Working with our team to keep things on-brand and engaging
Meeting deadlines and keeping things moving smoothly

What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of experience in podcast and video editing
Pro-level skills with tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Audition, or similar
Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms
A solid eye (and ear) for detail and storytelling
Someone who can take initiative and bring creative ideas to the table
