Full-Time Local SEO Specialist & WordPress Website Builder

We are hiring a Full-Time Local SEO Specialist & WordPress Website Builder to join our team. This is a long-term, stable, work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize 30+ Google Business Profiles monthly

* Perform proximity scans during standard U.S. business hours (12–2pm CST preferred)

* Create SEO-optimized website content, including:
- Page titles, meta descriptions, H1/H2 tags, backend schema (LocalBusiness type)
- Supporting images/photos with correct geo-tagging, alt text, and SEO best practices

* Build WordPress websites from scratch (basic service websites for industries like tree service, concrete contractors, pool builders, etc.)

* Build and maintain social media business pages (mainly Facebook) with weekly posting

* Create simple YouTube videos to embed on websites

* Perform citation building and citation cleanups

* Maintain detailed records of tasks completed

Requirements:
* Solid experience managing Google Business Profiles (GBP) / Google Maps listings

* Strong knowledge of local SEO best practices

* Ability to write SEO-optimized website content in English

* Comfortable building WordPress websites (basic builds, not custom coding)

* Familiarity with citation building and backlink quality control

* Strong attention to detail — no shortcuts or missing steps

* Reliable internet connection and backup plan

* Ability to work at least 4 hours overlapping U.S. Central Time (9AM–6PM CST)

* Experience building rank-and-rent or lead generation websites is a plus

Compensation:
* Starting pay: $500 USD/month
* Paid twice a month (15th and 30th)
* Raise opportunity after 90-day review based on performance and reliability
