Real Estate AI & Video Editor (Remote) – Join Our Friendly, High-Volume U.S. Media Team

We’re HomeTourVision, a fast-paced, high-volume U.S.-based Real Estate Media Company providing photography, videos, floor plans, and now Ai powered videos and we’re looking for a skilled Real Estate Video Editor to edit AI powered videos using the listings photos that we provide, with a cinematic style and a passion for innovation to join our growing team!

About the Role:
This is not a position creating social media content. This is media for real estate listings.
You’ll be creating eye-catching, AI-driven real estate videos using Runway AI to create the clips from our listing photos, then using either Final Cut or Premiere to transform to edit it as a cinematic video tour for our real estate clients. The role also includes editing traditional walk-through videos and vertical social media videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok, but we are concentrating on creating AI listing videos.

While experience with real estate videos is important, we're especially interested in someone confident and ready to learn how to create cinematic AI video content like this:

What You’ll Bring:

Real estate or architectural video editing experience

Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematic pacing, transitions, and music syncing

Comfortable working with Runway AI or similar tools (training provided for the right person)

Confident editing walk-through and vertical videos

Excellent attention to detail – quality is everything

A friendly, team-oriented attitude with great communication skills

Able to meet deadlines reliably

A solid editing setup and stable internet connection

Knowledge of U.S. real estate listing trends

Motion graphics or color grading skills
