Full-Time Instagram Lead Nurturer – Athlete Performance Brand (Remote, Long-Term Growth)

About the Role:
We are looking for a full-time Lead Nurturer/DM Specialist to manage and guide warm leads inside Instagram DMs.
You will NOT be cold selling — your role is to nurture real conversations, qualify interest, and recommend the right path:

99% ? $25/month digital membership

1% ? Book a 1-on-1 call for elite-level coaching (never mention the $2,000 price)

You'll be the first voice our leads hear — and a major driver of our brand’s impact.


Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to incoming DMs quickly and consistently

Perform warm outreach to a list of 2,000 pre-qualified leads using Manychat and Meta Business Suite

Guide conversations by listening first, understanding pain points, and recommending the right offer

Keep conversations organized using basic tagging and tracking systems

Maintain fast response times — leads should never go cold

Work closely with the leadership team to continually improve lead flow and client journey


You Are:
3+ years experience nurturing leads, handling customer conversations, or appointment setting

Fluent in written English — confident, natural, and able to match our brand voice (relatable, “big bro” energy with authority)

Self-managed and consistent — you can organize your work without needing daily supervision

Fast under pressure — you don’t panic when 50 new DMs drop at once

Loves fitness/athlete culture and understands performance mindsets

Committed to long-term growth, not juggling multiple jobs or side clients


Work Schedule:
8 hours/day, 5 days/week (you choose your two days off)

Working during U.S. Eastern Time waking hours

Full-time commitment only.

Candidates working multiple jobs will not be considered. We are building an elite, dedicated team.


Tools You’ll Use:
Manychat (Instagram DM automation)

Meta Business Suite (Inbox management)

Google Sheets (basic tracking)

GoHighLevel (CRM — training provided)

Compensation & Growth:
$1,000 USD/month base pay

Performance bonuses based on closed high-ticket sales ($2,000 coaching program)

Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as we expand — customer success, team management, marketing operations
