We are a fast-growing, tech-driven logistics company that powers order fulfillment for some of the most recognizable consumer brands across the globe. With a vast warehouse network and a next-gen logistics platform, we help brands scale their operations across FBA, DTC, B2B, retail, and beyond. We’re seeking a rockstar Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our global team and help drive the next stage of growth.
This is not your average VA job — you’ll be on the frontlines of sales, working closely with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, remote-first environment. You’ll be sourcing leads, qualifying inbound interest, and building pipelines using world-class tools. What You’ll Do:
- Prospect new leads using ZoomInfo and Seamless.ai to identify potential brands and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain contact lists of e-commerce, logistics, and brand-side decision-makers (Founders, Ops Managers, Supply Chain Directors, etc.).
- Qualify and process inbound leads from
- Add contacts and companies into HubSpot, enrich them with data, and assign to the appropriate sales representative.
- Create and manage
- Collaborate with sales leadership to maintain clean data hygiene, update pipeline stages, and surface hot leads.
- Track and report activity KPIs weekly — leads added, contacts sequenced, responses, and meetings set.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR, SDR, Lead Gen VA, or similar role.
- Experience working with US-based startups or B2B sales teams preferred.
- Fluent, confident English speaker with excellent written communication.
- Comfortable with research-heavy prospecting — you’re resourceful and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with CRM best practices, pipeline management, and activity tracking.
- Ability to prioritize and organize high volumes of data and outreach.
- Self-starter attitude — you take initiative, own your work, and don’t need to be micromanaged.
- Comfortable working Philippines day shift OR overlapping the US EST time zone.
