Shopify Ecommerce Virtual Assistant and Customer Experience Coordinator

We’re seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our ecommerce and customer experience efforts. This remote role includes uploading products to Shopify, writing product pages, writing blog content using tools like ChatGPT to support in your efforts.
Responding to customer emails and phone calls, and potentially making outbound sales calls. You’ll also assist with SEO initiatives and may support our Google Ads campaigns.

Ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving digital environment.

Very good english written and verbal is required.
