We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Virtual Sales Assistant to support our sales team in lead generation and appointment coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, a professional phone presence, and the ability to manage a consistent outreach schedule. You’ll be responsible for cold calling businesses, setting appointments with decision-makers, and confirming scheduled meetings weekly.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling & Lead Outreach
• Conduct outbound cold calls to businesses using provided call lists or CRM leads.
• Introduce the company’s services/products and engage with potential clients.
• Identify key decision-makers and qualify leads based on preset criteria.
• Log calls and lead activity accurately in CRM or spreadsheets.
2. Appointment Setting
• Schedule appointments on behalf of the sales team with qualified prospects.
• Coordinate and manage calendar invites, including time zones and availability.
• Ensure complete and accurate information is included in all scheduled meetings.
• Maintain and update scheduling tools (Calendly, Google Calendar, etc.).
3. Appointment Confirmation
• Send follow-up messages (calls, texts, or

• Promptly reschedule any missed or canceled appointments.
• Maintain a weekly log of confirmed appointments and any changes.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Previous experience in cold calling, virtual sales support, or telemarketing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Comfortable using CRM tools, online calendars, and communication platforms.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• High-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a professional phone voice.
