Google Ads Specialist

Tinuiti implements advanced Google Ads strategies to drive business expansion for our clients. We need an experienced Google Ads professional who can work alongside our team to help our clients achieve their marketing goals.

Job Description:
As a Google Ads Specialist you will supervise and improve payment search campaigns serving our clients. As part of your duties you will design Google Ads strategies which you must execute and track to attract qualified leads and increase conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop full Google Ads strategies and implement them to achieve company objectives
Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across various Google Ads platforms including Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and analysis to identify high-performance keywords.
Develop eye-catching advertisements and landing pages designed to boost click-through rates and enhance conversion metrics.
Assess marketing campaign performance through metrics tracking including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI and then use data analysis to make optimization adjustments
Stay updated about the latest Google Ads trends together with best practice methods and algorithm modifications.
Collaborate with your marketing team to seamlessly blend Google Ads campaigns into your overall marketing strategy.
Conduct virtual client meetings to perform campaign report analyses and strategy development.

Qualifications:
Provide proof of at least five years of hands-on experience handling Google Ads campaigns.
2+ years customer service and/or sales experience
The candidate must possess complete understanding of the best practices and principles of PPC advertising.
The applicant must show expertise in using Google Ads tools such as Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics platforms.
The applicant must demonstrate familiarity with Google Apps services such as Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar and other similar tools
The candidate needs to show excellence in analytical skills along with strong data interpretation abilities.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & oral)
This position benefits from candidates with prior Salesforce software experience but requires it as well.
While holding a bachelor's degree would benefit the candidate it is not essential for the application process.
