Part-Time Customer Support VA for Dropshipping Store (1 – 2 hrs/day)

I’m looking for a reliable and friendly Customer Service Virtual Assistant to help with my growing dropshipping business. Your main tasks will include responding to customer emails through Re:amaze, and helping to keep the return rate low by providing excellent service and clear communication. You must have excellent English skills, a positive attitude, and experience in e-commerce customer support.

Requirements:

Fluent in written English

Previous customer service experience (e-commerce preferred)

Familiar with Shopify, and customer service platforms like Freshdesk, Gorgias, or Re:amaze

Fast and stable internet connection

Must be available every day (including weekends) to respond to emails at least once per day

Compensation:

Starting at $4 per hour

Possibility of $5 per hour after consistent good performance and reliability
