Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale advertising campaigns across multiple platforms for clients with substantial budgets. You will work directly with client stakeholders to understand their business objectives, develop comprehensive paid media strategies, and execute campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large advertising accounts across platforms including Google Ads, Meta
Create and optimize campaigns with budgets ranging from $50K to $1M+ monthly
Develop strategic paid media plans aligned with clients' business and fundraising goals
Perform thorough audience research and targeting to maximize campaign effectiveness
Create compelling ad copy and collaborate with design teams on creative assets
Implement sophisticated tracking and attribution systems
Conduct A/B testing and optimize campaigns based on performance data
Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to clients
Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and best practices
Recommend budget allocation adjustments to maximize ROI
Qualifications
3+ years of experience managing paid advertising campaigns, preferably for high-growth companies or startups
Proven track record of managing large ad budgets ($50K+ monthly) with positive ROI
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Advertising
Experience with programmatic advertising platforms is a plus
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and platform-specific reporting tools
Understanding of marketing funnels and conversion optimization
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to clients
Experience working with B2B, SaaS, or fintech companies is preferred
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM integration
Technical Skills
Google Ads certification
Meta Blueprint certification (preferred)
Experience with tracking implementations (Google Tag Manager, Pixel setup)
Familiarity with bid management software and automation tools
Understanding of UTM parameters and attribution modeling
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for landing page optimization
