JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a US-based eCommerce brand (Amazon, Shopify, Wayfair) hiring a full-time customer service + amazon listing/case/shipment assistant.

????? Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries across email, chat, phone, and SMS
- Order status, replacements, returns, shipping updates
- Product questions, installation guidance, basic project planning
- Out-of-stock updates and alternative product suggestions
- Maintain a first-response time under 10 minutes
- Use internal knowledge tools (Guru, website, SOPs) to provide fast, accurate answers
- Edit and manage orders in Shopify as needed
- Actively participate in tea ---------- etings (camera on, feedback encouraged)

???? Manage Amazon platform operations:
- Submit and manage Amazon Seller Support cases
- Catalog Management (Updating listings, including flat file upload)
- Flag listing issues or policy violations
BONUS/Preferred: Create inbound inventory shipments and update tracking to shipments, input data into our software


???? Pay Structure
Amazon (+Other Channel Catalog Management) Experience / Skills (+$ ---------- )
Starting Salary $750; once proficient with our product & SOP knowledge, pay is $850. Our advanced agent is $950.
All agents can earn more pay by increasing skills (like amazon operations in this ad). Your target pay (after training and with experience) would be around $1000-$1300 depending on the responsibilities and skills you have.

???? Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of e-commerce customer service experience (Amazon/Shopify/Wayfair)
- 1+ year hands-on experience inside Amazon Seller Central (basic operations handling)
- Strong written and spoken English
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tickets at once
- Comfortable working independently and following SOPs
- Able to think critically and find solutions, not just follow scripts
- Positive, proactive communicator who participates actively in tea ---------- etings

???? Schedule
- Night Shift (to match US working hours)
- Days of week just depends on team; it's possible we shift the schedule around here depending on the rest of the team.
