Graphic Designer / Artist for Ski Brand

I run a small but growing ski brand based in the United States called One Year Older. The website is www.oneyearolder.co. I am looking for a talented and diligent artist who can help me design clothing for my brand. The applicant needs to be good at following instructions and details, talented artist, and be able to create .png art and mockups of clothing. I want the applicant to also be able to create designs on their own sometimes without my specific instructions. The applicant needs to have experience, preferably designing streetwear apparel.
