ABOUT US
Hey! We're a boutique recruiting firm looking to hire an amazing new member on our team as a Sourcer / Candidate Engagement Specialist. This position will source candidates, post job openings, and update/optimize candidate profiles in our ATS, as well as a variety of other candidate-focused responsibilities.

CANDIDATES MUST...
- Have a thriving, vibrant Christian faith and be actively involved in a local church
- Enjoy administrative and research focused tasks (e.g., posting job descriptions, scraping
- Be able to overlap with USA Eastern working hours (approximately 5am EST - 1pm EST)
- Be a quick learner
- Be proactive, dependable and a high-achiever
- Be attentive to detail and precise in their work
- Be kind and genuinely care for people (as a recruitment firm PEOPLE are our business!)
- Be a team player who is always willing to help where needed
- Be dedicated to this role and not working any other full or part time positions
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE…
- Posting job opportunities to job boards
Taking job descriptions and posting them on multiple job boards with precision, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Candidate Sourcing
Strategically identifying strong, aligned candidates for open roles our recruiters are actively working on.
- ATS Management
Ensuring candidate profiles in our ATS are up to date, accurate, assigned proper tags and fully complete.
- Identifying Opportunities for Candidates
Identify and filter job openings that may be a good match for high-caliber candidates looking for new opportunities.
- Administrative Tasks
Supporting our recruitment team with tasks required when launching new searches, updating records, lists and data for
various company needs, etc.

- You’re familiar with Christian denominations (Baptist, Methodist, Assemblies of God, etc.)
- You have previously been a recruiter or sourcer or worked in recruitment
- You have a “continuous improvement” mindset that notices how to make things better

- Competitive compensation paid every 2 weeks. Salary will depend on experience, education and English competence.
