We are hiring a high-performing Inside Sales Agent (ISA) with proven experience managing Zillow and Ojo leads to join our fast-growing, US-based real estate team. If you're confident, driven, and results-oriented with a neutral/zero accent, this opportunity is for you.
We provide leads, systems, admin support, and training — you bring the drive and deliver results.
What You’ll Do:
- Call and follow up with inbound/outbound seller and buyer leads
- Set high-quality appointments for our top-performing real estate agents
- Work Zillow and Ojo leads effectively to increase conversions
- Overcome objections and build rapport quickly
- Log activity and lead status in CRM systems such as KVCore, Vulcan7, MojoDialer
- Coordinate with agents on the lead status, notes and updates
Technical Requirements:
* Dedicated laptop or desktop (minimum 8GB RAM)
* Noise-canceling headset (Required)
* Stable internet connection – minimum 10 Mbps
* Backup internet solution
* Dedicated home office — no background noise (dogs, roosters, etc.)
* Candidate must have Zero Accent - Fluent English
Must-Have Experience:
- At least 2 years of appointment setting or inside sales experience in real estate (US market)
- Zero accent with excellent spoken English and comprehension
- Demonstrated success with Zillow and Ojo lead management
- Confident objection handling and high-touch follow-up strategies
- Proven ability to work independently while hitting daily/weekly KPIs
