Scope of Work:
As the Operations Manager / Technical Director, you will work closely with the President & CEO and play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your core responsibilities will include:

Executive Assistant Duties: Directly support the President/CEO with daily administrative tasks and strategic initiatives.

* Level 1 Tech Support:
Provide first-level assistance for phone and IT issues within the office environment.

*Marketing Oversight:
Leverage tools such as Canva to assist with marketing strategies and brand execution.
Support internal teams with campaign creation and implementation.

* Account & Admin Management:
Ensure company accounts are up-to-date, well-documented, and cost-efficient.
Conduct research for potential savings and vendor improvements.

* Communication Expectation:
This role requires you to attend weekend meetings with the CEO for updates.


Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy professional who meets the following:
1. Proven track record in a similar role, preferably with experience supporting brokers or in a real estate environment.
2. Able to provide professional references and documentation of past work.
3. High-speed internet connection and noise-cancelling headset.
4. High-resolution web camera for daily online meetings (Required).
5. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
