The Role: We’re hiring a Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our cold email outreach via the Instantly platform. Your main job will be to monitor replies and respond with thoughtful, personalized messages that position PGI as a valuable partner.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and reply to cold email responses daily
Personalize follow-ups that highlight PGI’s solutions
Use Instantly tools (A/B testing, analytics) to refine campaigns
Track leads and flag strong opportunities

What We’re Looking For:
Strong familiarity with Instantly cold emailing platform
Excellent writing and communication skills
Strong grasp of relationship-building and B2B sales tone
Bonus: knowledge of sourcing, procurement, or manufacturing

High potential for more hours/responsibilities depending on fit.
