Virtual Assistant for Textbook Copying and Google Docs Organization (Text-Only, DRM Access Provided)

I am looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to transfer textbook content into Google Docs.

You will be given login access to a digital textbook (may have DRM restrictions, so copying will need to be done manually).
Your job is to capture all text and preserve the logical structure of the textbook by maintaining section and subsection headings clearly in the Google Doc.

You do not need to preserve bold, italics, or other formatting — just organize the content so it’s clean, readable, and logically divided.

This project will start with one textbook (~300–400 pages) to evaluate performance.
If results are good, there will be many more textbooks after the first project.
