Overview:
A Real Estate and Publishing Company is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated Marketing & Social Media Strategist with a strong background in digital marketing and content creation. This dual-role position requires a candidate with 5+ years of experience in successful brand/product marketing, as well as a high level of organization to manage 50?ministrative responsibilities. Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, creative, results-driven, and possess strong communication and time-management skills.
Primary Responsibilities (50% Marketing / 50 Admin)
Marketing & Social Media Responsibilities (50%)
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.

3. Create engaging video ads, reels, and promotional graphics.
4. Analyze performance data and adjust strategy based on analytics.
5. Manage ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
6. Maintain brand consistency across platforms.

8. Stay updated on digital trends and implement best practices.
9. Provide weekly performance reports and insights.
Administrative Responsibilities (50%)
1. Answer
2. Prepare reports, organize documents, and maintain filing systems.
3. Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with clients.
4. Perform light bookkeeping and invoice tracking.
5. Communicate professionally with vendors and clients.
6. Handle general office operations and special projects as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience.
3. Proven success managing digital campaigns and increasing brand reach.
4. Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
