JOB OVERVIEW

About Us:
We are a growing e-commerce company managing multiple webstores, primarily in the fashion industry. Every day, we receive customer inquiries via email, and we are looking for a reliable and friendly customer service assistant to join our team and help us maintain excellent communication with our customers.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for:

- Replying to customer inquiries via email

- Handling refunds, returns, and exchanges

- Resolving basic customer issues and questions

- Communicating clearly and professionally at all times

Requirements:

- 3+ years of customer support experience

- Strong sense of responsibility — customer emails must be replied to within 24 hours.

- Fluent in English

- Ability to respond to customer emails in multiple languages

- Comfortable attending a short team call once every 7–10 days

- Communicative, proactive, and a real team player

- Reliable internet connection

- Willingness and ability to grow into more working hours as our company expands

- Access to WhatsApp for internal team communication

- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a strong advantage

Hours & Availability:
Currently, we expect about 8–10 hours of work per week.
Important: Customer inquiries must be handled daily (within 24h), so daily activity is required.
