We are a U.S.-based marketing agency looking for a highly skilled Local Service Ads Specialist to join our team immediately.
Rate: $600/month
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Local Service Ads
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Availability to work full-time, 8 AM – 4 PM CST
SKILL SET SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Strategic mindset
Understands how LSAs fit into the bigger picture—aligns campaigns with business goals, lead quality, and the intake process. Doesn’t just manage ads, but connects performance to growth.
2. Technically capable
- Knows the LSA dashboard inside and out, including billing and dispute handling
- Proficient with Google Tag Manager, CallRail, and Looker Studio
- Understands how to use UTMs, track conversions, and set up integrations
- Can build lightweight automations with tools like Zapier or Google Cloud
3. Resourceful with support
- Will pick up the phone and call Google support when things break
- Knows how to escalate, document issues, and follow through until resolved
- Has experience navigating verification, suspensions, and account issues
4. Data-driven and analytical
- Builds useful dashboards to visualize LSA performance
- Looks deeper than surface-level metrics—understands patterns and root causes
- Uses data to improve lead quality, ad performance, and intake efficiency
5. Curious and experiment-driven
Willing to test new strategies—whether that’s a new service area, different photos, or response templates
Brings ideas to improve response time and conversion using AI or automation
Thinks holistically about how LSA connects with the CRM, intake team, and reviews
6. Bonus experience
- Worked with legal, home services, or other high-stakes industries
- Successfully scaled LSA in competitive markets
