We are a fast-growing mortgage company dedicated to helping clients achieve financial freedom through real estate. Our team is driven, professional, and customer-focused. We’re currently looking for a highly organized, proactive, and personable Virtual Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) and manage front-line communication as our virtual receptionist.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide daily administrative support to the COO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and organizing documents
Answer and route incoming calls and
Greet and assist clients virtually, creating a friendly and helpful first impression
Maintain client records and assist in preparing documentation
Coordinate internal communications and follow up on assigned tasks
Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and basic reporting
Perform other administrative tasks as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or receptionist (experience in the mortgage or real estate industry is a plus)
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, CRM systems, and phone/email platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Available to work during U.S. business hours (PST)
