We are three dynamic businesses (Real Estate Wholesaling, Commercial Real Estate Investment, and a B2B Marketing Agency) rapidly implementing AI to boost productivity, increase profitability, and change the game.

We’re looking for three skilled AI Operations Assistants (one for each division) to help lead our AI-driven transformation. We hired an AI Agency and need your help to assist implementation and adoption throughout the companies. Grab this opportunity to learn from a successful AI Agency.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Implement AI Tools: Set up, manage, and optimize AI tools (chatbots, voice agents, content generators, CRM automations, lead qualifiers, etc.)

• Optimize Workflows: Collaborate with department leaders to design smarter processes, integrating AI where it delivers the most impact.

• Train & Support Teams: Help teammates understand, use, and maximize AI tools (simple guides, quick trainings, troubleshooting).

• Monitor & Improve: Track AI performance (response rates, time savings, lead conversion, etc.) and suggest improvements continuously.

• Document Best Practices: Build SOPs and guides so our teams can scale AI adoption easily and consistently.


You’ll be the go-to AI champion for your department:

• Real Estate Division: Focus on lead engagement, qualification bots, follow-up automations.

• CREI Division: Focus on investor relations automation, deal analysis AI tools, reporting flows.

• Marketing Agency Division: Focus on AI content creation, creative automations, client-facing AI services.


Who You Are:
• Based in the Philippines with reliable internet and a proactive, professional work style.

• 2+ years experience using or implementing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, Claude, Midjourney, Verse.ai, Retell, Zapier, Make, HighLevel, ---------- automations, InvestNext integrations, Canva AI, etc.)

• Strong operations, marketing, or CRM background — you understand business workflows, not just tech.

• Process-oriented thinker: you spot inefficiencies and love to fix them.

• Communicator and trainer: You enjoy explaining tech simply to non-tech people.

• Self-starter: You don't wait for permission — you find problems and fix them.

• Experience in real estate, commercial investment, or marketing industries is a plus, but not required!

• We will also give strong consideration to candidates who possess relevant certifications in Artificial Intelligence or related fields.

• InvestNext (CREI only)

• AI Platforms (OpenAI GPT-4, Jasper, Verse.ai, Retell AI, Zapier, Canva AI, etc.)


Compensation:
Why this range?
• Basic AI-savvy $5 -$6/hour.
• Skilled AI operators who can implement, train, and troubleshoot $7 - $8 /hour
• Potential raise every 6 months
