Logic Inbound is a remote digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for restoration, healthcare, local services, and ecommerce brands. We’re hiring a client-facing Account Executive to own relationships, drive outcomes, and grow accounts across SEO, PPC (Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Meta, TikTok), websites, and CRO.

Role Snapshot
You’ll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients - running discovery and check-ins, translating goals into clear plans, coordinating with our delivery team, and ensuring retention and expansion.

Must-Have: Excellent English
- C2-level English (spoken and written) with clear, confident communication on Zoom and phone.
- Able to present insights succinctly, write sharp client updates, and negotiate next steps.
- Comfortable leading calls with executives and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship: Lead onboarding, weekly/biweekly check-ins, QBRs, and ad-hoc strategy calls.
- Discovery & scoping: Clarify goals, timelines, and budgets; build/relay statements of work and proposals.
- Revenue & retention: Hit renewal targets, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and reduce churn.
- Translate strategy to action: Turn goals into prioritized briefs for SEO, Ads, CRO, and Web teams; follow up to unblock.
- Insights & reporting: Review GA4/Looker Studio/Platfor ---------- trics; turn data into plain-English recommendations.
- Project orchestration: Keep tasks moving via SOPs and checklists; manage timelines and stakeholder expectations.
- Documentation & comms: Maintain clean notes, next steps, and status updates in CRM/PM tools.

Who You Are
- 5+ years in a client-facing AE/AM role at an agency or Strong portfolio proving you can do the job
- Exceptional English communication: live client calls, written recaps, and persuasive proposals.
- Consultative, organized, and calm under deadlines; you love checklists and clear next steps.
- Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads/LSA, Meta/TikTok Ads, websites/WordPress, CRO (you don’t need to build campaigns, but you can explain what matters and why).
- Must be available to work during US Eastern or Pacific time zone business hours

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with GoHighLevel/HubSpot (or similar CRM), GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, WordPress.
- Prior success with renewals, expansions, and NPS/CSAT improvements.
- Experience packaging and presenting proposals/soWs.
