JOB OVERVIEW

Overview:

We’re a growing semi-trailer service company using Fullbay software for our operations. We're looking to hire a skilled API & spreadsheet automation expert to create a streamlined reporting system that pulls data from the Fullbay API and generates real-time performance dashboards in Google Sheets.

Responsibilities:

Set up a secure connection to the Fullbay API

Automate daily data pulls (e.g., technician hours, customers, repair types, revenue)

Classify job types (brakes, tires, inspections, etc.) using logic-based rules

Build a Google Sheet-based dashboard with:

Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue tracking

Technician performance summaries

Customer/job-type breakdowns

Automated pivot tables and visual charts

Set up time-based triggers for daily updates

Provide documentation and brief training on how to maintain the system

Requirements:

Proficiency in Google Apps Script & Google Sheets automation

Experience working with REST APIs (preferably Fullbay or similar platforms)

Strong ability to build reports with formulas, charts, and conditional logic

Clear communication and ability to work independently

Bonus: Familiarity with heavy-duty repair, fleet services, or transportation tech systems

Project Type:

One-time setup with the option for ongoing support/maintenance

Location:

Remote (must be fluent in English)
