Tech-Savvy Builder Wanted (Freelance): Launch a Smart Golf Club System

We’re starting a small, exclusive golf society and need someone who can quickly build a smooth, automated system that handles signups, monthly invites, and event coordination — ideally all using no-code or low-code tools.

This isn’t a huge project — but it’s important that it works cleanly, feels premium, and doesn’t require tons of ongoing effort.

What You’ll Build:
• A simple landing page with our vision + signup form (Notion, Tally, Typeform, etc.)
• A waitlist-style system that feels curated/exclusive
• Monthly WhatsApp message automation (Zapier, ---------- , or via API)
• A way to tally RSVPs and notify the golf club about final numbers

You:
• Are comfortable with tools like Zapier, Make, Notion, Typeform, Tally, or Airtable
• Can build a lightweight stack and test the flow end-to-end
• Are organized and proactive (we’re busy — so you’ll mostly run this yourself)
• Bonus if you can design a nice-looking landing page (using Carrd, Framer, Notion, etc.)

Timeline:
• Should only take a few days to build and test
• Start ASAP, finish within a week ideally

Budget:
• ~$150–$250 USD total for MVP (negotiable depending on speed and quality)
• Possible follow-on work if this grows
