We are currently hiring a Sales-Oriented Call Center / Customer Service Representative to support our childcare client businesses with inbound and outbound calls, parent inquiries, lead management, follow-ups, and general customer service. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent English comprehension and speech, and a passion for delivering top-notch service in the childcare industry.
???? Key Requirements:
We are looking for a sales-driven and experienced individual who is confident, professional, and fluent in both spoken and written English. You must be comfortable handling phone calls, managing leads, converting inquiries into enrollments, and working independently in a fast-paced remote environment. You should also be open to performing additional administrative or support tasks in between calls, as needed.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls from parents, prospects, or staff in a professional and helpful manner.
Make outbound follow-up calls to parent leads and inquiries with the goal of converting them into enrollments.
Manage and track leads through CRM systems or tracking tools, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate documentation.
Respond to voi
Provide consistent and clear communication that reflects the voice and tone of the childcare business client.
Use platforms such as RingCentral, Slack, and ClickUp to manage call flow, communications, task updates, and lead status.
Assist with light admin tasks such as logging data, updating call records, responding to inquiries via

Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
Strong sales orientation with the ability to guide conversations toward conversions.
Proficiency in tools like RingCentral, ClickUp, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software and CRM platforms.
Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Open to supporting with other business-related tasks in between calls.
Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment.
Full-time availability (40 hours per week), working 8AM–5PM EST (graveyard shift for some).
