We're looking for a sharp and motivated Growth Hacker to boost our sales and marketing efforts through smarter lead generation, outreach, and market intelligence.

Role Overview:
We need a detail-oriented Remote Growth Hacker who can enrich lead lists, launch cold outreach campaigns, and conduct competitor research to help drive Handwrytten's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Enrichment:

Find missing contact information (name, email, LinkedIn, phone) using ---------- and other tools.

Ensure lead data is accurate, verified, and organized.

Cold Outreach Execution:

Set up, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai.

Personalize messaging to match industry and lead data insights.

Competitive Intelligence:

Research competitors’ targeted keywords, conferences they are attending, and public marketing activities.

Build and maintain a competitive research tracker.

Process Improvement:

Recommend and experiment with new tools or processes to improve list quality and outreach results.

Requirements:

Experience with ---------- , Instantly.ai, or similar lead gen and outreach platforms.

Experience enriching lead lists and setting up cold email sequences.

Basic skills with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel).

Detail-oriented and organized.

Analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

Good written English communication.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Must be available to work at least 3 hours overlapping Mountain Standard Time (MST) daily.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Background in B2B SaaS, MarTech, or sales development roles.

Experience with competitive analysis.

Understanding of U.S. business culture and B2B sales.
