We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Appointment Setter to join our remote team. This role is pivotal in engaging with potential clients through various channels, ensuring timely responses, and converting interactions into scheduled appointments. The ideal candidate is passionate about communication, exhibits impeccable professionalism, and thrives in a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promptly respond to all inbound inquiries, comments, and direct messages across platforms within a 5-minute window.
- Engage with prospects using pre-approved scripts to build rapport and qualify leads.
- Initiate outbound engagements with potential clients who interact with our content.
- Convert conversations into booked calls by understanding the prospect’s needs and guiding them to take action.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to refine outreach strategies and messaging based on feedback and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in appointment setting, customer engagement, or related roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Fast and reliable internet connection, ensuring uninterrupted communication.

Training & Support:

- Comprehensive training during the first week, focusing on our process flow, tools, and best practices.
- Continuous access to resources, updated scripts, and real-time feedback to ensure optimal performance.
- Regular check-ins and open channels for inquiries, fostering a supportive and growth-oriented atmosphere.
- Periodic evaluations to recognize achievements and identify areas for further development.
