Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Data Research & Salesforce Entry (Long Island, NY Market)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help build a highly targeted list of real estate investors and companies in the Long Island, NY market (Nassau & Suffolk counties). This is a research and data-entry role only — no outreach or client interaction required.

Your job will be to scrape social media platforms and websites, identify qualified real estate investors and professionals, and input that data into our Salesforce.com CRM with a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
Research individuals and companies investing or planning to invest in real estate in the Long Island, NY area using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other online resources.

Collect and organize complete contact information for each entry.

Input all data into Salesforce.com in real time or daily batches.

Mailing address (business or residential)

Top 1–3 key contacts at the company (Name, Title, Role if possible)

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Experience with Salesforce.com (or ability to quickly learn with confidence)

Background in internet research and data scraping

Experience using LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and general web searches to source contact details

High attention to detail and consistency

Ability to follow a repeatable process with accountability

Tools You’ll Use:
Salesforce.com (training or walk-through can be provided)

Google Sheets or Excel (as needed for tracking and batching)

Zoom (for onboarding and occasional check-ins)

Must provide at least two references in the U.S. that I can speak with directly

Must demonstrate knowledge of relevant platforms and tools live on a Zoom call (show your screen)

Must be available part-time to start (10–15 hours per week)

Basic English is fine — you will not be speaking to clients

You will be part of a managed process with clear expectations and performance tracking
