Automation & Web Systems

We're seeking a detail-oriented Automation & Web Systems Specialist to manage and build automations across our tech stack — including Go High Level, ClickUp, Zapier, and WordPress — to streamline operations for a growing restoration business.

This role combines technical automation with basic website management and content updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain automation workflows across Go High Level, ClickUp, Zapier, Wave, and CompanyCam.

Assist with managing and updating WordPress websites (page edits, plugin management, form integrations, etc.).

Create task workflows, work orders, and subcontractor coordination tools in ClickUp.

Maintain bot automations for scheduling, billing, subcontractor onboarding, and reporting.

Troubleshoot website, form, or automation issues when they arise.

Help build and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all automations and integrations.

Preferred Experience:

Go High Level CRM & automation

ClickUp workspace/task automation

WordPress (Elementor or similar builders, plugin updates, minor CSS/HTML a plus)

Zapier or Make.com

Basic understanding of accounting integrations (Wave or similar)

Bonus: experience with marketing tools
