We’re looking for a tech-savvy, resourceful VA to join the team of a fast-growing AI coach with a large following. This role blends client success, inbound lead management, and marketing support — with the added benefit of receiving free AI training directly from a globally recognized AI coach.
This is not a cold-calling role. Instead, you’ll be managing inbound interest, engaging with leads, helping them book appointments, and supporting the team with AI-driven tools and workflows. You’ll also have opportunities to build automations, create simple content, and become deeply immersed in the world of AI.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture inbound leads via chat and messages
- Guide prospects toward booking virtual appointments
- Attend virtual calls with your camera on to represent the company professionally
- Understand service offerings and create simple sales proposals when needed
- Manage and organize leads inside GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Follow up with warm leads consistently to ensure no opportunity is lost
- Use Opus Pro to drop and edit video content for posting
- Create basic visuals and assets in Canva
- Stay organized using Google Suite
- Explore and recommend AI tools and automations to improve workflows
