About the Role:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Real Estate Inside Sales Agent to support our real estate sales operations during Canadian business hours (evening shift based on your local time). We generate high-quality leads and need a motivated Inside Sales Agent to handle outbound and inbound calls, conduct sales follow-ups, and support our sales process from initial outreach to closing.

Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide information on our projects
- Follow up with leads and nurture ongoing sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion rates
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Working Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST, includes a 30-minute lunch break

Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and outgoing personality: people-person with excellent communication skills
- 2+ years of previous sales experience (Real Estate preferred)
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
- Comfortable working flexible hours that align with North American time zones
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude
- Familiarity with using CRMs (Zoho experience preferred)

System Requirements:
- Reliable high-speed laptop or desktop computer.
- Noise-canceling headset for best call quality
- Must have a dedicated quiet home office setup
