Virtual Assistant

About the Role:
I’m a permanent makeup artist looking for a reliable and sales-savvy Virtual Assistant to manage and respond to incoming leads from Instagram and Facebook ads. You’ll be the first point of contact—nurturing cold leads and guiding them into becoming happy, paying clients. If you’re personable, organized, and know how to close a sale through chat, this could be a great fit!

Note: Speed matters! The faster we respond, the more likely we are to book the lead—so consistent availability and quick replies are a must.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Responding to leads using pre-written templates
• Nurturing cold leads through conversation to turn them into bookings
• Answering common questions (90% of leads ask the same things!)
• Booking and confirming appointments
• Managing conversations and calendar via GoHighLevel
• Tracking lead progress and doing follow-ups
• Assisting with simple GoHighLevel automations if needed

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Personable, friendly, and confident in messaging
• Can speak and write well in English
• Must be available and responsive for at least 8 hours/day (Wednesday-Sunday)
• Experience with GoHighLevel or willing to learn fast
• Knowledge or passion for the beauty/PMU industry preferred
• Female preferred (to match the tone and target audience of the brand)
• Experience with appointment setting, client follow-ups, or CRM tools is a plus
