B2B Appointment Setter / Cold Caller (Remote) – Remodeling Industry Marketing Agency

Position: Appointment Setter / Cold Caller
Schedule: 30 hours/week | Remote
Starting Pay: $3/hr + $10 per closed deal you set + Other incentive based bonuses
On-Track Earnings: ~$700/month (plus performance bonuses)

Remodel Favor helps residential remodelers and general contractors consistently book high-value kitchen, bath, and full home remodeling projects. Through paid traffic, referral partnerships, and automation, we generate exclusive homeowner leads and set quality appointments for contractors across the U.S.

Your Role:
We're looking for a reliable, energetic, and coachable Appointment Setter / Cold Caller to help us grow. Your job is to book qualified appointments for our closers by:

Cold calling remodeling companies using provided scripts

Calling inbound leads from our ad campaigns

Re-engaging past no-shows and old leads

Using GoHighLevel to track and manage lead statuses

Communicating with our team via Slack

Using Aloware as a power dialer to make high-volume outbound calls

You’ll work closely with our internal sales team and will be trained on our process and systems.

Requirements:
Strong spoken English (clear communication is a must)

1+ year of appointment setting or cold calling experience preferred

Ability to follow scripts and handle objections

Comfortable using CRM software (GoHighLevel or similar)

Experience with Aloware or other power dialers is a plus

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable

What You’ll Get:
$3/hr base pay (30 hours/week)

$10 per closed client that you set for (we close around 2 clients per day)
