Role Overview
We're looking for a creative, motivated Video Editor, Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team! You'll be making engaging content about money, entrepreneurship, and the latest finance news. Your work will help inspire and educate our community across YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.

What You’ll Do
Content Creation: Research and create daily content (videos, posts, stories, shorts) on money, entrepreneurship, and finance news.

Video Editing: Edit YouTube videos and create catchy Shorts from our long-form videos or trending topics.

Social Media Management: Post daily across YouTube Shorts, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Community Engagement: Respond to comments, DMs, and emails, helping build a supportive and positive community.

Growth Goals: Focus on helping our YouTube channel reach monetization (1,000 subscribers and 4,000 watch hours).

Collaboration: Work closely with our founder and team to brainstorm new content ideas and social media strategies.

Who You Are
Strong English writing and speaking skills (clear, engaging, and relatable).

Experience with video editing (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, iMovie, or similar).

Active on social media and up to date with trends.

Reliable, consistent, and self-motivated—you love posting every day and seeing results.

Interested in business, finance, entrepreneurship, or eager to learn more.

Able to communicate quickly (email, WhatsApp, or Slack).

Bonus Points
Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

Experience growing a YouTube channel or social page.

You know how to make content go viral!

Pay & Growth
Starting Pay: $140/month (part-time, remote)

Performance Bonus: If you help us reach YouTube monetization (1,000 subs & 4,000 watch hours), your pay increases to $400/month.
