We are looking to hire a Google Ads Specialist for our marketing agency based in Canada
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients, including setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Create high-performing ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations aligned with client goals.
- Set up conversion tracking, pixel integrations, and ensure accurate attribution across all campaigns.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to optimize spend and maximize results.
- Create monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to align campaign strategies with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay current on Google Ads platform updates, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure campaigns are competitive and innovative.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver on KPIs without overspend.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, Performance Max).
- Google Ads Certification(s) strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking setups.
- Experience working in a digital agency environment is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while collaborating within a team.
