JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a detail-oriented, organized, and tech-savvy virtual assistant who loves helping others succeed? I'm looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a licensed Realtor® based in the United States (Tennessee & Kentucky). This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and passionate about real estate and client care. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE working with Real Estate agents in the United States.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Admin & Communication
* Manage calendar, inbox, and call/text follow-ups
* Schedule showings, meetings, inspections, and appointments
* Organize CRM records, search for clients and prep info to mail

Transaction Coordination
* Help manage files and deadlines from contract to close
* Coordinate with title companies, lenders, clients, and agents
* Monitor and update task checklists for real estate transactions

CRM & Client Follow-Up
* Update and maintain CRM tools like KVCore, Lofty [Chime], or Follow Up Boss
* Input and tag leads, manage pipeline, and assign tasks
* Send follow-up messages, thank-you notes, and review requests

Social Media & Marketing
* Design marketing materials using Canva (flyers, brochures, etc.)
* Schedule social media content on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Assist with video content, basic editing, and captions
* Create email newsletters and property highlight campaigns

Lead Generation Support
* Monitor new leads from Facebook, Zillow, and website
* Qualify and respond to new inquiries
* Set appointments and send reminders


What You Should Bring:
* Must have at least 1 year of experience as a VA (real estate preferred)
* Familiarity with U.S. real estate terms, timelines, and contracts
* Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
* Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, Trello, Zoom
* Experience with CRM tools (KVCore, Lofty [Chime], Follow Up Boss is a plus)
* Highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
* Able to work independently and take initiative

Bonus Points If You Have:
* Graphic design experience
* Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
* Social media strategy knowledge

Work Schedule:
* Flexible, but should overlap at least 4 hours with U.S. Central or Eastern Time
* Weekly check-in via Zoom
* Full-time (40 hours) or part-time (20–30 hours) available
