About Us:
We’re Zuno, a growing wellness brand built around clean products and smart marketing. We're looking for a driven, creative, and tech-savvy Video Editor & Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines who’s excited to learn, create, and grow with us long-term.

This is not just a "busy work" editing job. You’ll be trained in how to build real marketing creatives that convert and will have the opportunity to lead your own team if you prove you're ready.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
-$6–$8/hour to start (based on experience)
-1–3% of ad spend bonuses for high-performing creatives
-Consistent raises and bonus increases based on performance
-Full access to all paid tools (Adobe Suite, CapCut Pro, ChatGPT Plus, Midjourney, etc.)
-Ongoing training in digital marketing, ad strategy, and creative direction
-Opportunity to lead a team within 6–12 months

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Edit short-form video ads for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
Create static images, motion graphics, or basic UGC content (you don’t need to be on camera)
Use AI tools to streamline content production and workflow
Support with automation, digital marketing tasks, and special projects
Learn how to analyze ad performance and improve creative strategy


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong video editing skills (portfolio required)
Portfolio can include: short-form videos, long-form videos, static graphics, carousel ads, or UGC edits
Excellent English communication
Tech-savvy and fast learner with AI tools and digital workflows
Ambitious, organized, and hungry to grow—not just clock in and out

PAID SAMPLE TEST
Before hiring you full time, we give all candidates a paid task to showcase their skills.
This is a real assignment and may involve:
-Editing UGC-style content
-Creating VSL or ad content
-Generating static images or visual ad graphics
-Using AI tools for asset creation or workflow enhancement
-You will be paid regardless of quality, but if you want the role, suggest you do it well

Our senior video editor will review your work and select the best candidates to move forward and receive hands-on training.
