QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Commercial Lighting Distributor seeking Quantity Surveyor

The Position:
The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills and has the ability to complete and supervise a project start to finish. This includes counting fixture quantities using software and reaching out to vendors to obtain pricing, availability and lead times. WILL TRAIN. GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

Job Requirements:
PROFICIENT IN PLANSWIFT AND/ OR BLUEBEAM SOFTWARE
MICROSOFT OFFICE
SPEAKING ENGLISH CLEARLY AND EFFECTIVELY
READING AND COMPREHENDING ENGLISH PROFICIENTLY
WRITING ENGLISH CORRESPONDENCE WITH ACCURACY AND PROFESSIONALISM
COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE
MUST BE AVAILABLE AND ABLE TO SPEAK ON THE PHONE DURING WORK HOURS

Preferred Skills:
Experience in the lighting & electrical field
QuickBooks

Desired Skills:
Knowledge of AGI32 Lighting Design software or Dialux EVO

Job Type:
Full time position. 40 HRS/week
Salary to be determined based on experience and qualifications.
Monday through Friday 9am-5pm USA EST Time Zone- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DURING USA DAYTIME HOURS
