E-commerce & Marketing Project Coordinator (Part-Time, Shopify + Supplier Management)

About the Role
Boston Chai Party is a U.S. craft-chai brand scaling fast with new chai concentrates, loose-leaf blends, and tea accessories. We need a proactive Filipino Project Coordinator / VA who can help manage suppliers, update Shopify listings, and coordinate with our marketing agency.

Part-time: 15–20 hrs/week (could grow).
Schedule: Core hours 1 PM – 4 PM Philippine Time for supplier coordination, plus flexible hours.
Rate: ?340–?680/hour ($6–$12 USD/hr) + 13th-month pay & performance bonus after successful launch.

Key Responsibilities

% Responsibility
35% Supplier Coordination — Communicate with KKV Tea (India) via WhatsApp/Email; track sample orders, costing, timelines.
25% Shopify Store Management — Create/edit SKUs, upload product images, update metafields, organize collections, assist with basic theme edits.
20% Project Management — Maintain and update Trello boards weekly; create status updates; flag bottlenecks.
15% Marketing Coordination — Liaise with external marketing agency; schedule social media posts; basic Canva edits if needed.
5% Admin Support — File invoices, update Google Drive folders, maintain costing sheets and KPI dashboards.
Must-Have Skills
1+ year in e-commerce (Shopify store operations, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)

Trello, Asana, or ClickUp task board experience.

Excellent written English (professional email communication).

Shopify: creating products, updating metafields, minor theme adjustments (drag-drop sections).

Basic Canva skills (resize images, edit social posts).

Familiarity with Instagram/Facebook content scheduling.

Nice-to-Haves
Shopify Liquid basics (small text or layout edits — not full coding).

Klaviyo or email marketing tool familiarity.

Prior experience working with international suppliers (bonus if India-based suppliers).
