JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist (D2C) to join our expanding marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and optimizing D2C email marketing strategies using Klaviyo to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of D2C email marketing best practices, proven success with Klaviyo, and a data-driven approach to continually enhance campaign performance.

Requirements (mandatory):
> Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Email Marketing position
> Tool Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in using Klaviyo as the primary platform.
> Industry Experience: Previous experience working within the D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) e-commerce sector.

Responsibilities:
> Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
> Build, manage, and optimize both basic and advanced email flows (automation) and campaigns in Klaviyo.
> Write compelling email copy that connects with target audiences and drives action.
> Design visually appealing, mobile-responsive email templates that follow brand guidelines.
> Use advanced segmentation to target specific customer groups and personalize content.
> Create, manage, and optimize SMS flows and campaigns within Klaviyo for timely communications.
> Utilize Klaviyo’s AI features for advanced personalization of emails, recommendations, and send times.
> Develop strategies to grow and nurture the email list to strengthen customer relationships.
> Monitor, analyze, and report on key email metrics such as open rates, deliverability, click-through rates, and conversions.
> Set benchmarks and KPIs to measure campaign success and identify improvements.
> Stay current with email marketing trends, best practices, and Klaviyo updates.
> Collaborate with the design team to produce brand-consistent, attractive email templates.


Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an D2C Email Marketing position
* Demonstrated expertise in using Klaviyo as the primary platform.
* Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM laws, and data privacy.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills to create engaging emails.
* Ability to design attractive email templates; basic HTML/CSS skills are a plus.
* Experience with advanced segmentation and list management in Klaviyo.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
* Experience reporting on email performance using KPIs like Open Rate, Deliverability, CTR, and Sales.
* Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp.
* Experience using communication platforms like Slack.
