Job Opportunity: In-Office Dental Billing Coordinator ????????

We’re hiring a Billing Coordinator to join our dental office team and help ensure smooth, accurate financial operations that support both patient care and business success. If you're proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to be the financial backbone of a busy practice—this role is for you.
???? REQUIRED:
Experience in dental billing, insurance processing, and AR follow-up
Familiarity with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental preferred)
Strong understanding of insurance plans, EOBs, and claims submission
Excellent communication skills for patient financial conversations
Ability to identify and resolve outstanding account balances with care and professionalism
???? You’ll Be:
Managing outstanding accounts receivable (AR) and insurance claims follow-up
Contacting patients about balances, setting up payment plans when needed
Submitting insurance claims with accuracy and timeliness
Auditing accounts to ensure financial accuracy and eliminate billing errors
Handling billing disputes, denials, and resubmissions as needed
Collaborating with front desk, hygienists, and doctors to maintain accurate financial records
Keeping thorough documentation of all financial communications and actions taken
